The Mystic Lady

I watched her walk into the bathroom;

I saw her long black hair, red silk robe, slender white calves.

I saw her lean forward to test the water in the old claw footed bath,

I saw the line of her hips and shoulders under the red robe.

I saw her straighten up and turn to face me;

I saw her beautiful face smiling, black eyes smiling, red lips smiling.

I saw the red silk robe part to reveal her white body, pure white body;

I saw a line of mystic symbols from her throat to her belly.

I saw a line of runes, circles, eyes, pentagrams, snakes and finally;

I saw the inverted black triangle, the most mysterious sign of all.
